1. Nature of Service

FactoryVet provides instant data retrieval and risk assessment reports for Chinese enterprises based on official registries and proprietary databases. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

Reports are generated in real-time and represent the status of the entity at the time of the query.
While we use verified data sources, FactoryVet does not guarantee that every record is free of administrative delay or error.

2. Payments & Credits

Each “Full Company Audit” requires a one-time payment of $29. All transactions are processed securely via our payment partners.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the instant reports, refunds are only issued if a technical error prevents the report from generating. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—if the data is demonstrably incorrect compared to official records, we will re-run the audit or credit your account.

3. No Legal or Financial Advice

FactoryVet is a data tool, not a law firm or a licensed financial advisor. Our “Trust Score” is a mathematical suggestion based on available data. You should always consult with your own legal counsel before wiring large sums of money or signing long-term manufacturing contracts.

4. Data Privacy

We respect your business intelligence. Any Proforma Invoices (PI) or Excel files uploaded for analysis are processed securely. We do not sell your sourcing data or supplier lists to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

FactoryVet shall not be held liable for any business losses, failed shipments, or quality issues resulting from your choice of supplier. Our service is designed to be one part of your wider due diligence process.
